Cher Rutherford is a former United States American Style Open American Smooth and Rhythm Champion, Fred Astaire National Champion.

Theatrical Branch and certified Imperial Society of Teachers of Dancing, US. National Adjudicator and member in National Dance Council of America. Registered World class Adjudicator A+, B+, C+, D+, & E+ for Ballroom and International style Latin.

Cher has created a Bronze Syllabus and will be offering, the Silver, and Gold Syllabus to Studios, independent instructors and students. It will be supported by a collection of Instructional Videos in each level of dance, as well as a comprehensive set of Instructional manuals.
