Elena Kryuchkova (originally from Moscow, Russia) is a three time USA National Professional Latin Champion, Professional Latin Rising Star Blackpool Champion, the founder and owner of Paragon Ballroom, and also the organizer of the Tri-State DanceSport Championships as well as the Paragon Open DanceSport Championships.
Debbie Avalos Kusumi is a former Professional Ballroom Dancer, specializing in International Style Standard and Latin. A former 4-time undefeated United States 10 Dance Champion, Debbie is not only certified as a dance instructor under the National Dance Council of America (NDCA), but is also a National Adjudicator and a World Dance Council (WDC) Adjudicator. Debbie is also the organizer of the California Open DanceSport Championships, the Atlanta Open, and the Chicago Crystal Ball DanceSport Competitions.
Dasha Sushko is a former Professional Ballroom dancer, specializing in the International Style Standard and Latin divisions. She is the founder and owner of Ballroom Dream Dance Studio located in South River, New Jersey (USA). Dasha is not only certified as a dance instructor and adjudicator under the National Dance Council of America (NDCA), but also under the World Dance Council (WDC) as an adjudicator as well.

Beata Onefater is one of the top female dancers in the DanceSport industry. She holds the title of South African Latin Amateur and Professional Champion of 10 years and is the current Creative Director of Mason Dean NY, a company that specializes in "bespoke dance wear for women and men".
Barbara Nagode Ambroz is a renowned specialist in Latin American dancing. With over 40 years of experience through instruction and adjudication, she has trained and raised various champions of the DanceSport industry including WDSF World Amateur & Professional Latin Champions, Zoran Plohl and Tatsiana Lahvinovich Galchun. She is the author of Back to the Roots: The Authentic Cuban Footprint in Competitive Latin American Dancing, which supplements her documentary of the same name that was filmed detailing her music and movement research experiences in Havana, Cuba.
Her latest contribution to Latin competitive dancing is "Authentic Latin Percussion". This course provides a unique insight into the rhythmical structure of Cha Cha Cha, Rumba, Bolero and Samba. Its aim is to help dancers and coaches understand why dance steps and figures have specific rhythms and where exactly they come from, while encouraging them to discover and create their own rhythmical interpretations.
