The Professional Division of DanceSport is a competitive division of Ballroom Dancing. A Professional is a member of a profession or is any person who earns their living from a specified professional activity. The term also describes the standards of education and training that prepare members of the profession with the particular knowledge and skills necessary to perform their specific role within that profession.
Polina Pilipenchuk, originally from Belarus, is a former Professional Ballroom Dancer who specializes in the 10-Dance, Standard and Latin divisions. She is a 2-time U.S. National Professional 10-Dance Champion, organizer of the Atlantic DanceSport Challenge, as well as the director of her own dance studio, Atlantic Ballroom.
Pierre Allaire is a former professional ballroom dancer specialize in 10 dance, International Standard and Latin. 12 times Canadian Professional Ten-Dance Champion. Co-organizer of Danse Sport Montréal.
Phillip Stephens is a former ballroom dancer, was the 1989 Eastern United States American Smooth Champion. Organizer of the "Transplant Games of America Ballroom" Dance Competition.
Petr Horáček is the current President of the Slovak DanceSport Federation. A former Champion of the World Cup and German Open Championships (GOC) in Argentine Tango, as well as a World Cup Salsa Champion, Petr is also a world-renowned choreographer. He has choreographed over 300 compositions presented in 11 regions of the world and has won more than 50 Slovak and 21 Czech Republic Choreography Champion Titles in Creative Formation & Seque/Freestyle.
Peter Maxwell, former World Amateur and Professional Latin American Champion, is a renowned principal coach to some of the most successful couples in the history of dancing. He is the only coach who has ever had direct input with World Champions in Standard and Latin simultaneously. Honorary Life President of DanceSport England and the WDSF Professional Division, Peter has served as the Chairman of Judges for the Blackpool Dance Festival as well as the WDSF GrandSlam Series.
Paul Killick is a former British Professional Ballroom Dancer, specializing in International Style Latin. A 4-time British National Professional Latin Champion, Paul is the organizer of The Killick Klassik DanceSport Event in Palm Beach, Florida and The Killick Royale Championships in London, England.
Paul Holmes is a former Professional Ballroom dancer specializing in International Standard. Renowned dance professional and adjudicator, Paul holds such titles as British National Champion, UK National Champion & World Cup Champion in the Standard division.
Patrick Johnson is a former Ballroom dancer, holding such titles as United Kingdom and European Amateur Latin Champion. He is currently a world class adjudicator, owner of Dancing on the Suncoast and the co-organizer of the Sapphire Ball as well as the Gator Classic Championships.
Patricia Goh is a professional ballroom dancer specialize in International Style Standard, Latin and 10 Dance. Patricia is former Canadian Ontario Amateur Standard and Ontario Adult Ten Dance Champions, North American Professional Rising Star Standard Vice Champions. Patricia is National Adjudicator, the Chairperson of Adjudicators at recent WDSF World Under 21 Standard and World Cup Ten Dance Championships.
