A 3-time Amateur and 2-time Professional Russian National Latin Finalist, Dmitry now resides in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania where he runs his studio "Demidov Dance" with wife Brittany whom he met when performing in a Ballroom Dancing show with the Royal Caribbean cruise lines. In addition to being ranked 10th in the IDSF World Ranking List in 2001, Dmitry was also a Bronze Medalist of the 2002 UK Open Amateur Rising Star Latin Championships and the 2004 Amateur Latin Championships at the Dutch Open.
