The Caucasus Cup is a sanctioned 3-day Georgian National DanceSport Federation competition, recognized by the World DanceSport Federation(WDSF). Hosted in Tbilisi, Georgia by (GNDSF) team, Presindent: George Gachechiladze and vice President: Vano Kandelaki. The 2018 Caucasus Cup includes various WDSF sanctioned events such as the WDSF World Open, (Standard and Latin), WDSF events for PD, Senior 1, Youth, Juniors and also WDSF World Under 21 Latin Championship.
Zdenek Fencak is a former Professional Ballroom dancer specializing in both the Standard and Latin dance styles. Zdenek has represented two countries during his competitive career - Austria and the Czech Republic. Currently, with wife and partner Jana Fencak, he is the owner of the Starstep Dance Studio located in Třebíč, Czech Republic, where he trains National Champions of various age groups. Aside from being a National Adjudicator of the Czech Dance Sport Federation, he is also an "A" and "PD" Licensed WDSF Adjudicator.
The Baltic Grand Prix is a sanctioned 3-day Latvian Dance Sport Federation competition, recognized by the World DanceSport Federation (WDSF). Hosted in Riga, Latvia, organized by Aigars Svars.. The 2017 Baltic Grand Prix includes various WDSF sanctioned events such as the WDSF World Open, WDSF International Open, as well as WDSF World Championships.
The METU Open is a sanctioned 2-day Turkish DanceSport Federation (TDSF) competition, recognized by the World DanceSport Federation (WDSF) since 2009. A WDSF World Ranking Tournament, the METU Open is hosted in Ankara, Turkey by the Middle East Technical University (METU) DanceSport Club, where the head of the competition's organization committee is Arif Göktuğ Karacalıoğlu.
Tatsiana Lahvinovich Galchun is a former Professional Ballroom Dancer, specializing in the International Style Latin division. She is a 4-time Croatian National Amateur Champion, a WDSF European & World Latin Champion in the Amateur and Professional divisions, as well as the winner of almost all possible major DanceSport competitions including the German Open Championships (GOC), The International Championship, UK Open Championships and Blackpool Dance Festival. Tatsiana is currently a WDSF Licensed Adjudicator and the coach of many top couples including WDSF World Champions in Adult 10 Dance & Under 21 Latin. Residing in Ljubljana, Slovenia, she is the co-owner of the Plesna Šola Diamant Dance Studio.
Ton Greten is a former Professional Ballroom dancer, specializing in the International Style Latin and ShowDance. Ton is a five times World ShowDance Championship Finalist, Bronze Medalist at the World & European Cup and multiple time Finalist at the French Open, Dutch Open, German Open, Italian Open and U.S. Open in Professional Latin. Till 2017 he was licensed Adjudicator with WDSF. Currently Ton is one of the Best Choreographer in the World, many of his students are World ShowDance Champions in Standard, Latin and Formation Dance.
Ruud Vermeij is a renowned specialist in Latin American dancing. With over 40 years of experience through instruction and adjudication, he has trained and raised various champions of the DanceSport industry including legends - Michael Malitowski and Joanna Leunis.
In 1996 he published “Thinking sensing and Doing” book. Ruud has a Post Graduate, Master and Doctorate Degree in Movement and Dance Studies. He also holds a professorship in this area. Ruud is also the co-founder of the Dutch Dance Lab, a "place where dancers, choreographers, and teachers can acquire tailor-made, high-end dance knowledge and skills. "He furthermore has a Post Graduate and Master Degree in Psychotherapy and Counseling.
Vano Kandelaki is a former 5 times National Champion in International Style Standard and 2 times National Latin Champion, certified WDSF World Class Adjudicator "A", WDSF Adjudicator PD as well as WDSF licensed Chairperson. Vano is also co-organizer of "Caucasus Cup" in Tbilisi and the "Batumi World Open" in Batumi, Georgia.
Roberto Albanese is a former Professional Ballroom Dancer, specializing in the International Style Latin division. He is the head coach of the Grün-Gold-Club Bremen Latin "A" Formation Team, whom he has lead to become 4-time World Champions, 3-time European Champions, and 10-time German National Champions. Roberto is a former head coach of the Deutscher Tanzsportverband e.V. (DTV) as well as of the Youth Latin League, and was named the "2017 Bremen Coach of the Year" in March of 2018. Currently, he is a German National Adjudicator for the Deutscher Tanzsportverband e.V., as well as an adjudicator for the World DanceSport Federation (WDSF). He is the organizer of one of the largest annual DanceSport training camps, the Dancing Superstars Festival in Bremen, Germany, which coincides with a competition of the same name.
Salvatore Todaro is a former Ballroom dancer specializing in International Style Standard. He is a 11-time Bulgarian National Amateur Standard Champion, a WDSF World Standard Championship Finalist, a 2-time IWGA World Games Finalist, and a WDSF Amateur Standard World Cup Champion. Currently, Salvatore is a dance Instructor, choreographer, as well as a Licensed Adjudicator for the World DanceSport Federation (WDSF) and a National Adjudicator for the Bulgarian Dance Sport Federation.
