Shawn Tay started his competitive dancing career in 1982 with his wife, Gladys. In 1984, after winning several DanceSport competitions, they traveled to England to further their dance training. After winning more than 20 prestigious titles around the world, they retired from competitive dancing in 1994 to focus on coaching aspiring dancers.

Ruud Vermeij is a renowned specialist in Latin American dancing. With over 40 years of experience through instruction and adjudication, he has trained and raised various champions of the DanceSport industry including legends - Michael Malitowski and Joanna Leunis.

In 1996 he published “Thinking sensing and Doing” book. Ruud has a Post Graduate, Master and Doctorate Degree in Movement and Dance Studies. He also holds a professorship in this area. Ruud is also the co-founder of the Dutch Dance Lab, a "place where dancers, choreographers, and teachers can acquire tailor-made, high-end dance knowledge and skills. "He furthermore has a Post Graduate and Master Degree in Psychotherapy and Counseling.

Roberto Albanese is a former Professional Ballroom Dancer, specializing in the International Style Latin division. He is the head coach of the Grün-Gold-Club Bremen Latin "A" Formation Team, whom he has lead to become 4-time World Champions, 3-time European Champions, and 10-time German National Champions. Roberto is a former head coach of the Deutscher Tanzsportverband e.V. (DTV) as well as of the Youth Latin League, and was named the "2017 Bremen Coach of the Year" in March of 2018. Currently, he is a German National Adjudicator for the Deutscher Tanzsportverband e.V., as well as an adjudicator for the World DanceSport Federation (WDSF). He is the organizer of one of the largest annual DanceSport training camps, the Dancing Superstars Festival in Bremen, Germany, which coincides with a competition of the same name.

Salvatore Todaro is a former Ballroom dancer specializing in International Style Standard. He is a 11-time Bulgarian National Amateur Standard Champion, a WDSF World Standard Championship Finalist, a 2-time IWGA World Games Finalist, and a WDSF Amateur Standard World Cup Champion. Currently, Salvatore is a dance Instructor, choreographer, as well as a Licensed Adjudicator for the World DanceSport Federation (WDSF) and a National Adjudicator for the Bulgarian Dance Sport Federation.

Natalia Urban is a former Professional Ballroom dancer, specializing in the International Style Standard, Latin and 10 Dance division. Natalia is a multiple time Russian National Champion in Standard and 10 Dance, Bronze Medalist at the World Standard Championships and World Champion in 10 Dance. Currently she is owner and main instructor at the "Magnolia" Dance Studio in Moscow (Russia), National All Russian Federation of DanceSport and Acrobatic Rock'n'Roll (FDSARR) and World DanceSport Federation (WDSF) "A" Licensed and WDSF "PD" Adjudicator.

Karina Rubio is a professional ballroom dancer, specialize in International Style Latin. Karina is a 9 Times Spanish Amateur Latin Champion and a Semi-Finalist at the many major competitions in the world of DanceSport. Now she is Instructor, Coach, Dance Studio owner in Spain and National Adjudicator for Spanish DanceSport Federation as well as Adjudicator for the World DanceSport Federation (WDSF).

Juergen Neudeck is a professioanl bollroom dancer, semi-finalist at the World and European Championships. Jürgen was co-responsible for the development of dance teacher and trainer education in ADTV as Deputy RLA Director. Juergen is instructor, coach, National Adjudicator for the Fédération Française de Danse,as well as adjudicator for the World DanceSport Federation (WDSF). He is one of the creators of "nnsquare".

Frederic Mosa is a former Professional Ballroom dancer, specializing in the International Style Latin division. Currently residing in the country of France, Frederic, along with his wife Sandra, is the owner of "Ecole De Danse Mosa". Aside from traveling the world to lecture and teach at various DanceSport training camps, seminars, and congresses, Frederic is also a National Adjudicator for the Fédération Française de Danse and a Licensed Adjudicator of the World DanceSport Federation. He is also a founding member of the Dance Sport Team sports organization.

Barbara Nagode Ambroz is a renowned specialist in Latin American dancing. With over 40 years of experience through instruction and adjudication, she has trained and raised various champions of the DanceSport industry including WDSF World Amateur & Professional Latin Champions, Zoran Plohl and Tatsiana Lahvinovich Galchun. She is the author of Back to the Roots: The Authentic Cuban Footprint in Competitive Latin American Dancing, which supplements her documentary of the same name that was filmed detailing her music and movement research experiences in Havana, Cuba.

Her latest contribution to Latin competitive dancing is "Authentic Latin Percussion". This course provides a unique insight into the rhythmical structure of Cha Cha Cha, Rumba, Bolero and Samba. Its aim is to help dancers and coaches understand why dance steps and figures have specific rhythms and where exactly they come from, while encouraging them to discover and create their own rhythmical interpretations.
